The bed is awesome... had it about 2 weeks now. I did a ridiculous amount of research before the purchase debating between memory foam and a coil mattress and this one feels like a mix of both. Best bed I've had and best purchase I've made in some time. Highly recommend.

Excellent mattress. We have tried several to get to this point, and this one is the winner.No back pain in the morning.This is a soft plush mattress but still has excellent support.The mattress firm team has to have the best in store customer service I've ever seen.As I said we had to go through a couple of different matresses before this one and had absolutely no problems exchanging and nothing but help from the mattress firm.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS... fine for first week and than sags... Its giving me such a head ache and stress, I do not even want to go into it further. You have been warned. Buy anything but this!

This is a very soft mattress. When spooning with another you sink down more than on a firm mattress.
Not happy at all with it, but cannot return it because I purchased from their outlet store. Have already put it in the spare bedroom.

It feels great when on your back but i am a side sleeper and it is a bit too firm for me.I am going to see if they will swap it for a pillow top.I hope so.

I purchased this mattress last month and I couldn't be more pleased. It has a great balance of softness and support. I was having hip pain caused by pressure points and had trouble falling asleep. Lots of tossing and turning as a result. I'm a shift worker and restful sleep is extremely important to me. I highly recommend this mattress. No more tossing and turning for me. No more hip pain. Thank you, Stearns & Foster, for making such a quality mattress. It's almost like it was custom made just for me.

Originally purchased a Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme, however after 3+ weeks it was still way too firm for us. Eric Matherly, store manager, was terrific working with us throughout the process and helped us choose the Stearns and Foster Jacalyn. Great choice! Much softer, yet provides the support both me and my wife need. The entire process, while challenging to pick the right mattress, was made so much better by the willingness of Eric to work with us to ensure we got the right mattress. I will recommend Eric and Mattress Firm to all my friends. In fact my brother-in-law has already purchased a new mattress from the store. Great bed, great service, great guarantee!
