The mattress is a no flip mattress and I was surprised to see how cheaply made the box spring is. It is made with cardboard under material and I am worried about whether or not it will last. I am not happy with this purchase.

I purchased this on Black Friday. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed was delivered that night and the delivery guys were very careful. The bed is very comfortable, and we are happy with this purchase.

I bought 2 sets of the twin size for my kids. I slept on it with my daughter and this mattress feels great! I did not have time to get in the store to sample what type of mattress I wanted, but glad customer service was able to help. I have had excellent customer service and the carpet delivery was "red carpet". Very fast and professional. I will be getting my next set of queen size mattresses from them.
