Very comfortable. If I sit in one spot too long there is an indentation. It isn't permanent so I figue it happens because it's a plush mattress.

This is a VERY good lower cost mattress that does the job of a mattress you'd find elsewhere for considerably more. It's perfect for that guest bedroom or, if you're on a budget, for your own bedroom. It was so nice we bought two!

This is a very comfortable mattress. And I am realy enjoying it. The best sleep I had in a long time I woke up not filling tired, and no back pain I am so glad I bought it.

Bought this bed in October of 2012. Within 1 month the bed looked like it was 20 yrs old. The mattress sank on both sides as if I weighed 500 lbs, I weigh only 185 lbs. It does not go back to it's original shape. This purchase was a terrible mistake. I should have returned within the 100 day guarantee but I didn't do it. So I guess I am stuck with a mattress that is worse then the one I threw out.
I will never buy another item from Mattress Firm.

My husband and I purchased this king size mattress last summer and are very disappointed in the quality. There seems to be no support and it sags on both sides. It completely flattens out when we sit on the side of the bed and the squeaks are extremely annoying. We wake up with backaches almost every day....and I find when lying on one side for any length of time, my whole body aches. Very disappointed in this product. Will never buy another Hampton Rhodes.
