This is the first pillow top I've owned, but it is too soft for me. Only 460 coils, so I upgraded to an 800-coil Beautyrest. Mattressfirm makes it easy to return if you're not happy. Be aware that heavy foam in a pillow top

makes the bed feel extra warm beneath you.
