Very firm mattress that you won't sink down into. Isn't hot to sleep on the way foam is. Supports your spine and keeps shoulders flat instead of curved inward to your chest.

Suffered from a poor mattress that was new 4-5 yrs ago. Have back issues & haven't slept w/o waking up in pain in yrs. I ordered this set in the a.m., was delivered promptly that evening. Woke up w/ MUCH less pain & expect it to keep improving. YEA! Happy.

Question about Sealy Posturepedic Crystal City 10" Firm :
Like to know about a SEALY king size mattress. Can you give a price? and if in stock now? Location--either Anderson Lane store or near Gateway 183 north. . Not want gel top or foam top. Firm with pillow top and more traidtional style--not too high from floor.
    Chris answered:
    1/22/2014
The sealys with a pillowtop would have gel in them. I would recommend the Sterns and Foster mattress called the Joy Pt. There is no gel in it. It is also made by Sealy. For delivery and set up you can reach us at 877-384-2903.

Question about Sealy Posturepedic Crystal City 10" Firm :
WE currently have a queen bed but would like to upgrade to a king size. the thing is we have a narrow stairway and barely got our queen up the stairs. Any options we have for getting a king? I heard some mattresses can fold in half? is this true?
    Chris M. answered:
    2/26/2014
King size mattresses should be able to bend around corners or stairways. The boxes are split so that you can do the same. You can give us a call at 877-384-2903 if you have a question of which mattress would work best.

It depends, if you are placing the mattress only on a platform bed then it would not void the warranty

Full Size Mattresses

FIRM
Firm mattresses offer the least surface “give” and would be considered harder in feel to the other mattress surfaces. If you like a solid feel rather than soft, firm may be your choice.

PLUSH
Plush mattresses offer more surface "give" and provide a softer surface comfort. This is a happy balance between firm and pillow top.

PILLOW TOP
Pillow Top mattresses provide the ultimate in surface comfort and firmness, cradling and supporting your every move with pillow like softness while you sleep.

CONTOURED
Contoured mattresses provide pressure relieving support by conforming to your body. It is firm where you need it and soft where you want it.

PERSONALIZED
Personalized mattresses are customized to your unique body type and sleep needs.

Low Profile Foundation

A low profile foundation is 4.5" to 5.5" in height and is helpful if a high profile (standard) foundation causes your bed to be difficult to get into and out of easily. A low profile foundation can also help your mattress from covering a low headboard.

×

High Profile Foundation

A high profile (standard profile) is 8" to 9" in height and is the most common height used for a foundation.
