Not happy with it. It sinks toward the middle and is VERY hard to turn over in bed. I tried to exchange for a pillow top but was told I had to pay 69 delivery. I"m stuck with this bed! I am 75 and can't afford any more!

I have had this mattress for about 40 days, and although it's better than my old innerspring mattress that was 10+ yrs old, I am disappointed with the level of comfort in my home vs. the showroom. While the description of these beds imply there is not as much of a break-in period, I was told that I would need to break it in in order to feel the same level of softness that it had in the showroom (it otherwise seemed much more firm and unpleasant for me). I admit it has gotten better, but not great over time, and my back still hurts in the morning. My mate, on the other hand, loves it and says he is sleeping much better on this bed. So, we will probably end up keeping the bed just to avoid any hassle of trying to do it all over again. I will say that it does actually sleep cooler than regular memory foam. Overall, I give it 3 stars as it is not over the top awesome, but not the worst either, and these days what else can you expect from a mattress.

We just purchased this mattress and it has made a great difference with my bad back. I have two disks in L4-L5 that are bulging and the pain on a conventional mattress was making it hard to sleep at all. Naturally this mattress hasn't "cured" my back but I can get a few good hours of sleep without the pressure points pushing on my back like the old mattress. It also stays very cool.

Ilove this bed. In one week my bad back is healed and I sleep like a baby. As to the person complaining about breakin period, someone must not have told her to have kids jump on it to break it in. I don't have kids so used a rubber mallot and slept like a baby from the first night.

My husband purchased this mattress just yesterday afternoon while I was at work. The service of MattressFIRM was remarkable! I could not believe how quickly they were able to get this new mattress to us. Besides the amazing service, this mattress is amazing. We had both been having a hard time sleeping on our old pillow top, which has happened with every pillow top we have ever had. This mattress provided the most amazing comfort our first night and we awoke with no aches or pains and did not toss and turn at all. We love it!

Purchased I-Comfort Memory Foam on 3/6/2013. I weigh 270 lbs. This mattress keeps me on top of mattress not sunk in. It is a Medium/ Firm mattress with cool gel. It actually keeps me cool. Mattress beats Tempur-Pedic hands down, especially you can see the Quality and Feel within the Mattress. Money Well Spent. Winner hands down Serta... A+

We did choose the Serta Prodigy at first. Found it to be too soft for me after trying it for . My husband, being so accommodating, decided we would go to the store again and try out a firmer mattress from the same company. The sales associates were great and they told us to lay on the bed for at least 10-15 min. We did and, voile, we found this Insight to be the one. And while we were there decided to get the adjustable bed frame. We are in LOVE with our purchase. This is our second time buying from Mattress Firm and would NOT go to any other place. The delivery could not have gone smoother. Very nice guys! What an amazing experience, especially this time. We went to the store!
