I Purchased the Rhapsody bed just 4 weeks ago. My husband and I notice after about 4-5 hours of sleep the bed does not sleep as comfortable as we had expected. We both noticed our hips were slightly sore and my husband complains now of having slight shoulder discomfort. We made this purchase with a 'Happiness Guarantee'. Therefore I contacted the store to arrange an exchange for the Tempur CLOUD LUXE,which of course more expensive, however to do so meant we would have to finance the difference resulting in two separate financing plans and payments with Wells Fargo. This was one important detail never discussed as part of the "Happiness Guarantee" program.

I surely expected the 'Guarantee' program to work hand in hand with the financial offer. Needless to say I'm disappointed this part could not be worked out. So instead of being able to exchange I will return the purchase and incurr a delivery pickup cost. Yet in spite of this issue I still believe TEMPUR PEDIC does have a very good product, BUT that most of the retailers that sell the product are not very customer oriented. Customer Satisfaction goes beyond the initial sell. It is these delicate situations which arise that truly identif those businesses that stand out above the rest.

I have owned the Rhapsody for several months and promise you...I will never purchase an innerspring, again! It conforms to my body...absolutely no pressure! I have recommended it to many friends. You cannot go wrong with Tempur-pedic! Oprah and Ellen both sleep on the Rhapsody - they know what's up! Thank you, Mattress Firm!

We've had this bed for two weeks. My wife had to go the chiropractor for the first time in over a year. Her side of the bed has a definite downhill roll to it and a dent that won't go away. After TWO weeks. If I'd had any sense, I'd have bought at Mattress Giant, where they will take it back and give you a refund instead of simply store credit.

My wife and I researched the Rhapsody for about 6 weeks before buying it and must say we wasted 5weeks of awesome sleep! The smell is gone in about 2 days and the break in time is less than a week. Can't go wrong on the pillows either.

My husband and I bought this mattress 2 months ago. I love it! It is the best mattress ever. I have had disc fusion back surgery and also knee replacement surgery and I can honestly say my whole body feels better after sleeping on this mattress. I highly recommend buying it.

Recently bought the Rhapsodybed. I've been experiencing neck, shoulder, and back pain on old spring matress. Probably woke up 4 or 5 times a night. Never was rested. 1st night I slept on it, I slept 7 hours straight without waking up. No pain at all. Wished I would had bought this matress earlier. Advice is to test different tempur pedic models to find which one fits your firmness preference.

I cannot tell you how much I love this bed!!! I was really concerned about this purchase as my wife is pregnant and didn't know how she would adapt. She LOVES it. What a relief! We have had it for about 2 months now and I wake up at 6 AM wide awake. No more stubbing the toes through a hazzy fog of sleepiness in the morning . . . I am ready to go!
