Do you have a copy of your receipt?
• A copy of the original sales receipt must be submitted with the Warranty Service Claim Form. Your warranty will not be processed without proof of purchase. Please make sure you have your sales receipt available when filling out the warranty service claim form. Customer is responsible for providing copy of sales receipt.
Is your product free of stains?i
• Stains void the warranty based on to the manufacturers warranty guidelines.
