FAQ Warranty Claims
Your warranty coverage is offered through the manufacturer and will differ across brands. Please review your warranty card for coverage details. The law tag on your mattress will provide a code which you should reference against the warranty card for the length of your warranty period. For details on filing a warranty claim, click here.
Outlet, floor models and clearance merchandise do not come with a warranty. Your warranty is also voided if your bedding is stained.

There is a fee for a 3rd party company to perform an inspection in your home. If your warranty claim is approved, there is a transportation fee of $79.99 for Mattress Firm to complete the delivery of your warranty exchange.
After your claim and payment have been submitted, you will be contacted by a 3rd party inspector within 7-14 business days. In the event there is not a 3rd party inspector in your area, you will be contacted by a Warranty Representative.
A third party inspector will contact you to schedule an appointment 7-14 business days. Your results will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of the inspection. .
