  1. I would love more suggestions. I was told it’s best to meditate in a room facing a tree. The tree is what grounds you to mother earth. Please share more Feng shui with me.

    Keep the bedroom with soft lights and keep the wall color soft. Also beautiful soft color sheets with a lot of pillows. Fill the room with a lot of natural light.

  4. When we wake up with scratches on the waist, back or shoulders. And you spend more than 15 minutes rolling your body up on the bed before you finally get to sleep, your bed needs to be replaced with a new one. Because maybe your bed has been used for more than 7 years and finally is not as comfortable as usual. If you already feel uncomfortable, you should immediately replace your bed because this can interfere with your health.
