Red Carpet Delivery Details
We guarantee your new mattress will be delivered within a designated 1 day delivery window, or your delivery is free. If your delivery is late, simply contact the store of your original purchase after signing the delivery manifest with the delivery time stamp and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price of your delivery fee within three weeks.
Participation may vary. See store for details. Not applicable on all products. As part of our Red Carpet Delivery Service, we will contact you to schedule delivery whenever it's convenient for you. While we install your new mattress, we will also haul your old mattress away.

10 Year Limited Warranty
This supplier provides a ten (10) year limited Warranty for its DREAMBED LUX mattresses (“Limited Warranty”). Please review the Limited Warranty and keep it in a safe place. Please be sure to retain YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT (or a readable photocopy) for proof of purchase date as well as ALL TAGS (law tag) that are sewn into your mattress. We recommend leaving any tags intact on your mattress. In the event, you are required to return your product or submit a warranty claim, these documents will be required. Please keep them on file in a safe and secure place for future reference. We stand behind our Limited Warranty, so please contact us immediately with any issues you may experience so that we can resolve it as soon as possible for you.
In our sole discretion and option during the Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the original purchaser’s DREAMBED LUX mattress if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the DREAMBED LUX. Warranty does not apply to floor models or “Demos”.
This supplier shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and no other warranties, express or implied, including implies warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are made hereunder other than the warranty described herein.
DREAMBED LUX mattresses are designed for full performance when used with a supportive foundations system (platform bed, slatted frame with horizontal center supports, a box spring and or adjustable bed). If used on a faulty foundation system or on the floor or any other equipment not specified, resulting in damage to the mattress or your personal property, you Limited Warranty will be void. Proof of the quality of the foundation, adjustable bed base, or bed frame used in conjunction with the mattress will be required if purchaser makes a claim under this Limited Warranty. The supplier reserves the right to invalidate this Limited Warranty if the foundation is determined, in the suppliers reasonable discretion, to be inadequate.
The Limited Warranty Does Not Apply To: imperfections of the fabric; slight body impressions (less than ¾ inch in depth). However, if body impression found in a DREAMBED LUX mattress is 3/4 of an inch or more in depth and IS NOT associated with use of an improper or unsupportive foundation (or other misuse), it may be covered by the warranty.; comfort or temperature preference; transportation charges (if applicable); any abuse or unsanitary product conditions; or damage caused by improper use or care. Limited Warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature (elasticity). These aspects do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam.
The Warranty is Deemed Null and Void If/When: if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect, including but not limited to, damage by burns, cuts, water, stains, bodily fluids or is otherwise abnormally soiled or unsanitary. It is recommended that the consumer protect the mattress with a stain resistant mattress pad or mattress cover. This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by a consumer’s failure to follow these recommendations; there is improper or unsupportive foundation used; there are insect infestations; the mattress has not been properly packaged resulting in damage during return shipping; the original purchaser cannot provide an original proof of purchase receipt and law tag.
Additional Information: If the original mattress model is not available at the time of repair or replacement, the supplier reserves the right to offer an alternative model of equal quality or value, in its sole discretion. Mattress dimensions (length and width) have a ±2% tolerance due to elastic components. This tolerance is considered normal and does not constitute a defective mattress and is not subject to a warranty claim, whether after short- or long-term use of the mattress. In the event of an authorized product repair or replacement, the Warranty Period will not be renewed or extended following the repair or replacement. In short, a repaired or replaced mattress does not reset or in any way alter the Warranty Period duration in connection to subsequent warranty claims, if any.
Mattress Cover Limited Warranty The mattress cover provided with the mattress is warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase to be free of defects in the material or workmanship. The supplier will replace or repair a cover at its option within the one year period at no cost to the original purchaser, excluding return shipping costs.
Shipping and Handling Fees The original purchaser is responsible for all one-way shipping and handling fees when returning the mattress or removable mattress cover for all warranty claims.
The repair or replacement as provided under this Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. In no event shall the supplier. Be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product, o for any direct, Incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind or loss to the full extent that these damages may be disclaimed by law. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty, and so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary from state to state, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
