Charles is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We went there with friends who had purchased a bed there. We Weren’t intending to buy anything, but when we found out we could get the adjustable frame that would work with our current mattress, bedframe and side boards, we bought one, and some pillows too. Delivery in two days!! I read in bed at night, and not having to use more pillows is a plus. Also love the zero gravity setting.
