Morgan here at the Sierra Vista, AZ store was great. Super helpful, gave him a vague description of what I was kinda sorta looking for, and he had great suggestions. Ended up finding a new mattress, frame, and pillows. Wasn’t expecting to purchase anything, just getting ideas since my mattress is awful. My husband and I had to replace his father’s bed. He’s coming home from rehab and needs an adjustable bed. Our saleswoman Kissie, was awesome! She did not try to up sell us. She listened to our concerns about his physical issues. Medicare wouldn’t do anything, because he’s not crippled enough to meet their criteria. We greatly appreciated her help and honesty! It’s nice to have someone actually help, that was truly looking out for his interest and our concerns! On top of all of that, she made sure it was in stock and able to be delivered before he comes home tomorrow! Thank you!
