Had an absolute amazing experience shopping for a new mattress at this location over the weekend. As soon as we walked in, were greeted by one of the store managers, Everett Washington, who spent almost 4 hours with us; getting to know my partner and me, diagnosing our needs and likes. He asked us all the questions we didn’t even think to take into consideration. He showed us all the beds that seemed to fit our liking and was able to get us a great deal! We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to pinpoint our needs. We highly recommend this store and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!

Victoria was awesome and took the her time helping me choose my new mattress and adjustable bed. She gave me 5 star service and made me feel good about my choice! Shopping for a mattress here was one of the best sales/customer service experiences I have had in years (and I usually hate shopping and being sold to). Everett is just one of those people that reminds you good service still does exist out there. He spent lots of time with us explaining the different options and what they would mean for our sleep. My partner and I have different sleep needs and this was our first joint purchase of a mattress; Everett helped us find one that would work for us both, on budget, while keeping us relaxed and entertained. He gave us the space we needed to think about the big decision and in the end got us a great deal that we're really happy with. It really felt like a sales experience tailored specifically to us, plus he did it all while balancing multiple other clients in the store. Everett is a total pro and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a new mattress.

Everett was kind and very helpful from start to finish! He listened to our needs and of course respected the budget which is super important! It was a fast and easy process from start finish. We came during their Black Friday sale, which they annually do during the summer, rather than in November to avoid the craziness (GENIUS), which was a nice surprise for us! Maybe it was because of this that many of the mattresses we were interested in were also in stock!! Yay! Thanks again Mattress Firm Colma!
