We had the best experience at Mattress Firm! Carlson was some of the best help we’ve had anywhere when it comes to customer service. When you walk in and feel like you’re seeing an old friend and just shooting the breeze, I’d say that’s basically what it was like with him. Everything from start to finish was smooth. We weren’t even fully intent on buying. But it was just made so easy. He is more than an expert in his job and answered questions that we didn’t even know we had. If and when you need a bed, you have to ask for Carlson!

My partner and I came in for the Labor Day Sale. I was going to ship online but decided to come in the store to actually test out the beds. We are so glad that we did. Carlson was a fantastic Sleep Expert. He answered all our questions and enlightened us on everything we needed to know about mattresses, adjustable bases, and more.
