I walked into this store on a whim and I knew I wanted a new bed but I hadn’t done any research and really had no idea about what a good bed was. Dan came to my rescue! He has great interpersonal skills he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. Dans service was very attentive without pressure to buy. His listening skill are on point. If your seriously looking for a great bed that works for you Dan will make sure you get exactly what you need with ease.

I just left Mattress Firm in Concord near Trader Joe's/Panda Express today and am very very happy. Even though it cost me a lot of money. I think I'm going to be very satisfied with my new mattress and the deal that I got. I can send another review in 60 days to let you know if I made a good choice or not. I've got to tell you that Carl was great! No pressure but he did everything he could to make sure that I got everything I needed. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a good deal on a mattress.

I went in 5 minutes prior to closing and Carlson was super helpful and kind and patient. He was attending to another couple as well and handles it perfectly fly. He stayed and got me the BEST deal on an awesome great King size mattress and got me a fantastic deal. The guy knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend going to Carlson for all your mattress needs. I’m definitely referring all my friends and family to him!

This was definitely the greatest experience buying a mattress I've ever had. It's been way to long since my last mattress purchase and I've definitely been having trouble sleeping. Going here was definitely a great decision. Carlson the sleep expert there was wonderful. He's a great guy very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what you really need also what you can afford. He spent about a few hours with me figuring out what would work best to help me get sleep better and alleviate some of the pains I've been having. I definitely found the perfect mattress set up for me thanks to Carlson and I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me. I would recommend anyone and everyone going to see him for your next mattress. Best part is it will be here today after purchasing yesterday. Im excited to say the least. Carlson (Carl) and Jason from mattress firm in concord we’re FANTASTIC!!! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they were so respectful and helpful and even showed me some cool pillows that I think I may order online. They honored the coupon code I have and made everything super super easy. I will definitely be going back to this location because they were so knowledgeable and explained every detail to me about the quality of the products and also why they love working for the company.
