Came in with no intention to buy (that’s what I told my husband) but thanks to Stephanie I got my way once again and purchased a great mattress with the all adjustable frame. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and helped us pick out a mattress that was perfect for both of us. She also made my husband feel like the decision was 100% his when it came time to “swipe the debit card”. I am very satisfied with the attention and service we received and would 100% recommend anyone looking for a mattress set to come talk to Stephanie she will take care of you. My visit to Mattress Firm in El Monte today was a great experience. When we got there my wife and I were anxious in finding a bed frame due to our son breaking his bed. The Manager, Jason assisted us in finding the right one. His great costumer service made us feel at ease with our purchase.
