Bertha was extremely helpful, along with her supervisor. They were very patient and not doing the typical salesman pitch by getting me to buy something more expensive or something I did not need. I got a great deal on my mattress and base. Great customer service! I highly recommend coming here! I will definitely buy my next mattress with them!

It's good to have a showroom nearby where you can lie down on the actual mattress you are thinking about. Mattress Firm at Ocean Gate was convenient for me. Jackson helped me on my initial visit, and did a great job answering all of my questions. A few days later, after I finished shopping elsewhere, I returned to make my purchase, and once again, Anthony made the process super easy. Excellent service from both of them. Delivery will be in just a few days. I hope I'll be just as happy with the mattress too.

Mattress Firm was recommended by a friend. I visited the Oceangate location, and Bertha (& another gentleman) helped me. She was kind, not pushy, knowledgeable, and very very helpful to me! Good prices, great inventory, and overall great experience. Sometimes mattress stores are overwhelming but this was the exact opposite...I would definitely recommend this store and will definitely return!

It was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and the help was unbelievable. Very professional and educated about different type of mattresses. The price was in my price range and I was able to purchase all mattresses for me and my children at a good price. The employee matched prices from another store and was very happy with the result. Also, the employee picked out a mattress set for my daughter; and she loved it. It was bouncy and she loved it, and she lay down on the bed and almost went to sleep while I was doing the transaction 😆. She was on her way to sleep and the bed wasn’t even at home. My daughter was very happy and I was very pleased with the outcome. This is the place to purchase your mattress and free delivery.
