I purchased a mattress today and my experience was exceptional. I had my budget from 10 years ago in mind, with pretty specific requirements. Manny and Chrystione were extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them with a lot of detail. They were also extremely respectful of my budget, which I now realize for a mattress is in the low/mid end. But this did not compromise the level of service. They even informed me mattress firm has a program where for about ~$50 I can have this mattress shipped to my parents in Sacramento about 500 miles away, if I decide to upgrade to a nicer mattress and gift them my old one at some point in the future. I’m a very happy camper and very excited to get my beauty rest mattress in a few days so I can throw away the piece of junk I’ve been sleeping on. And will definitely be a repeat customer.
