This store definitely deserves a 5-star review. Sandy greeted us at the door and showed us different mattresses. She has a ton of knowledge on how they are made and pointed out the ones that we might want to consider for our sore back!. She also gave us a lot of private time, let us take our time to try out different ones with no pressure to push us to make a decision. At the end, we felt very comfortable picking out the one that fit our needs! We also got to know Donna and Van who were also super helpful! Great place to shop if you need a new mattress to rejuvenate your back!

I love Mattress Firm! I wasn’t planning on purchasing a bed. In fact, I was just accompanying my sister. However, when I walked into the showroom and saw the variety of quality beds, it made me think about getting a new bed. And ultimately, a few days later, I bought a bed - an adjustable bed. The price I paid for such a quality bed was so reasonable. What sold me was the 10 year warranty, as well as the 4 months trial period. If I feel the bed isn’t working out, I can choose another bed that may better suit my needs. The customer service I received was amazing. Donna was great. She answered all my questions and never once did I feel pressured. Van, the other Sales Associate, who assisted me in financing, was great too. He was patient and explained the things to me very well. The price; the quality; you can’t beat it. I will recommend Mattress Firm to friends and family.

I came in looking for a reasonably priced mattress that would have a good quality. Sandy showed me several different options within my price range. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get the me the perfect mattress at a price that worked for me. I am absolutely delighted by the service provided by Sandy and will be back once I need a bed frame.

Wonderful place to purchase first mattress. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the information on each and every mattress and the material inside of them. Very easy to talk to and to ask information about anything. They Answered my questions without adding In extra information that you didn’t need. Very much to the point. Excellent service 10/10 would very much recommend to anyone in need of a mattress and don’t know how to pick one out.
