I went into Mattress Firm today to look at mattresses not expecting much as far as customer service or information about pretty much everything. Donald the salesman turned it from looking at beds into being an enjoyable and informative experience. I myself am a salesman, and knowing all the tactics and tricks of the trade, I can confidently say he helped me find something I wanted instead of something that made the most money possible, and in fact helped me find the best deal for me.
