Arrived late to the Mattress Firm located here in South San Francisco and was greeted by the salesman Steve. This gentleman is quite knowledgeable when it comes to mattresses. You see, I'm one of those who does research before I make a purchase. Now, I'm no mattress expert but to have some form of knowledge comes quite handy, especially when you buy something as simple as a mattress. My goal was to make a purchase for my son-in-law and pregnant daughter. Steve is such a pleasant and patient individual to work with that I ended up leaving with two mattresses! One for my son-in-law and daughter and the other for my wife and I! Super satisfied with my choices and I highly recommend going to see him for advice or recommendations! Thank you Steve for all your help! Upper management, I suggest rewarding this guy for being such a scholar. Not too often these days do you bump into a salesman that's just as helpful as Steve.

Went to mattress firm today to look for a new mattress. Erica greeted us and got to the point. She asked us what we looking for and took us to the mattress we had in mind. She also offered us to look at other brands as well. The experience today was awesome. Erica was informative and knowledgeable. She was very professional. We got in and out very quick.

Erica and Stephen (sp?) were great to work with. I was super reluctant to originally purchase the mattress I was interested in but they provided me with all my payment options up front which allowed us to easily determine what I could afford. They’re extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient. They never made me feel rushed and worked with me to educate me on which mattresses help with side sleepers + sleep apnea. I had a friend with me and now even she wants to make sure she works with them for her upcoming mattress purchase!

My review is for Steven. He was super knowledgable with all the mattresses in store. I'm an indecisive person and decided to go for a Tempurpedic. I had three mattresses in mind and Steven was able to help narrow down my decision based on my sleeping style and mattress longevity. I probably mattress hopped for a good 45 minutes and he allowed me to be without pressuring me into buying. I bought my mattress today during the Memorial Day sale and he helped navigate through the buying process and even gave me a pretty good deal. I highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Steven if you're looking for a mattress!
