Was looking to buy a mattress on the low 500 range. I came in store was empty but was greeted by a gentleman named Tom. I told him what I needed as I was getting a new mattress as a gift for my brother and he showed me the options. I tried them out and decided which one I wanted and got it. Great price. Tom was fantastic and exceptional customer service. Super simple and fast I was able to even have it delivered the following day. So Tom If you see this Thank you! I shopped around Ashley, Mancinis, online mattress stores etc. Mattress firm hands down gave the best prices for a mattress and adjustable base. Excellent customer service and the process was quick and easy. I forgot her name but the store manager in south city even threw in a mattress cover and bed sheet set. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable of their mattresses. I would recommend anyone buying a mattress to deal with her directly. Thank you again for all your help and making this transaction so smooth and easy.
