I came into Mattress Firm in La Verne per my daughter to see about getting a mattress and that is where I met Trey. He was very professional, polite, considerate, and caring, and provided a lot of information, so much you would have thought he was reading from a book. Trey knew what he was talking about. He also had a lot of patience with me because I asked a lot of questions and tried almost all the mattresses. Not one time did he act like he wished I decided what I wanted to get. I did not make up my mind that day. I asked Trey if he will be there next week, and he stated he would be working on Tuesday at the location in Upland. I told him that I was going to see him then since he provided me with great service, so my daughter and I drove about 20 minutes to get to Mattress Firm in Upland to buy the mattress set from Trey. My daughter and I stayed there for a very long time again and Trey again provided excellent customer service. I did buy a mattress set, and we celebrated with a dance. Trey is a great employee with that smile of his, thank you.

First time visiting a Mattress Firm store. Based on the good reviews I read I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The Upland store at first glance doesn’t seem to have a big selection, however, they do have a variety of mattresses, brands & firmnesses to chose from. The customer service was outstanding! Kevin helped me, very knowledgeable about the different choices & the differences between the brands. Informed about product availability. Very patient with all my questions. Overall a very pleasant & positive experience!
