My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress, so I just do happened to enter “Mattress Firm” into my Google Maps. To my surprise there was one very close to my location in The Orchards in Walnut Creek. I thought the only Mattress Firm locations were in the downtown area of Walnut Creek. My wife and I went to the location at The Orchards and we were greeted by the sales manager, Craig. Our experience with Craig was phenomenal. On top of being a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, he allowed my wife and I to try the mattresses at our own pace and gave us space to form our own conclusions about each mattress. At no point during our visit did Craig try to steer our decision to up-sell us a product. He provided us real world experiences regarding the mattresses and provided insight into which products we liked. Once we decided on the mattress and adjustable base, Craig did everything he could possibly do to give us the best price possible on everything including the sheets and mattress protector. In summary, I highly recommend going to Craig at the Mattress Firm at The Orchards in Walnut Creek for anything you may need for your bed. You will be treated with the utmost respect and best customer service in the industry from Craig.

We had a very positive experience in the Walnut Creek (Orchards) store. The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, but also gave us plenty of time to look around and test mattresses without hovering over us. He was able to satisfy our delivery needs and we felt the price was very fair. We would definitely return to this store for future mattress needs.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we felt like we made the right decision on where to purchase our mattress and adjustable frame. The manager Craig was incredible and patient with helping us choose the right setup for us. He explained the pros and cons of every mattress and base to make sure we were fully informed in what we were choosing. He also never once tried to pull shady upsell maneuvers many sales people try and do today. I would definitely recommend you go to this location to purchase your next mattress and Base setup. Buying a mattress is a big deal for me. I had had my last one for about 10 years and it started to be "time" for a new one. I walked into the Mattress Firm and Craig was very welcoming. He took the time to ask me questions about my sleep preferences and suggested a few mattresses to start. But he didn't just use his experience, he also did the online quiz to confirm which ones would be the best and they were actually the ones he'd already suggested. Then I started the process of elimination from the choices. After being down to the last two he told me to take the time to try them out. He continued to work with other customers and would check in periodically. But he really let me try them out, aka "nap". I finally settled on one that I just kept going back to. Really great experience, I'm happy Craig was there to help and provided the information and time I needed to make a decision.

I’m am so happy I found this place Craig was so helpful and informative he gave me options I didn’t think I would have and provided me with the best price possible! He even stayed later past closing to assist me! If you need a new bed, mattress, bedding, or pillows look for Craig!!! Just moving out here found out my bed needs an upgrade fast. He made arrangements on a Saturday night to have it shipped out on the following Monday! Definitely will be coming back here again!
