Jared took great care of me. He asked appropriate questions, showed me all the possible options and educated me on all the pros and cons of the various bed types. He knows his products and never once did I feel like he was trying to push the sale. I never thought mattress shopping could be fun until I met Michael. My husband and I were looking for a mattress for our room as well as a guest room. Michael asked us several questions about our sleep style and preferences before showing us some recommendations from both him and the Mattress Firm app. He was very patient, did the perfect amount of explaining, and was not at all pushy. We started out trying some of the more expensive mattresses, but ended up choosing a more affordable mattress from the back of the store. At no point did Michael try to push us towards the more expensive mattresses (which was something I had experienced in other mattress stores). When I need to upgrade my mattress in the future, I'll definitely be coming back to ask Michael for help! If you're looking for a genuinely enjoyable mattress shopping experience, I highly recommend coming here and working with Michael!

Bob was extremely knowledgeable with helping me choose the right pillow and Mattress to reduce my neck and shoulder pain. The amount of knowledge I gained from him in less than half an hour made me willing to invest bigger bucks than what I was willing to do buying a mattress/pillow.

Went to the store for a second time to check out the mattress. It was time to make decision on a new mattress. John was at the store this night and he was so helpful on the 2 mattress we finally narrowed it down to. Dale was there the first time we came to the store and gave us so much information on the mattress and being side sleepers what mattress where good for us. Anyway, they both did a fantastic job on helping with the decision to choose one. We made our choice. Purchased it and was able to have it delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys where great. Got the old out and the new in, in no time. WE LOVE IT! Thank you! I will recommend to family and friends

Micheal over here at mattress firm is amazing. Not only did he get me a great deal on the mattress I needed in stock but then when I had problems with an adjustable bed that I didn’t even buy from them instead of just Selling me a new adjustable base can you help me troubleshoot the issues and probably saved me close to $1000! He has earned my mattress business for life! I highly recommend.
