Went in semi-knowing what we wanted - Victor greeted us and was very professional. Through his knowledge and experience, we ended up getting something even better. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and wasn’t pushy on us at all. He laid out all the options we had, and supported our decision. Mattress Firm in Superior, Colorado was our last stop after visiting 4 other mattress stores in the area. We were losing hope in finding a mattress that would suit our needs. Victor was there to greet us at the door. He was very helpful in showing us the Beautyrest mattress we were looking for. Also, Victor introduced us to the adjustable bases. This was a game changer for us. Victor was truly amazing with us. He was patient (I tend to ask a lot of questions), kind, knowledgeable, engaging and courteous. What we appreciated most about Victor was, he did not hard press us to buy the mattress today even though the Labor Day sale was ending. We were going to go home and discuss it, but all of sudden, we decided to buy the mattress and adjustable base today. Thank you Victor for making this mattress search a pleasant experience. We look forward to enjoying our new mattress!
