Ryan was great and deserves a raise / promotion in the future. He was very professional and helpful when it came to picking out a mattress. Probably one of the best purchase experiences I've had. He gave guidance and provided some much needed insight into which mattress would be best for my wife and me, but he was also patient when it came time for us to make decisions and didn't try to push or rush us to make a purchase. The delivery also went smoothly and the delivery guys were super nice as well.

My husband and I came in for new pillows because we both had sore necks from sleeping on old lumpy pillows. Paul was an excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. He showed us a lot of different types of pillows to help us narrow down what we were looking for. He gave us all the time we needed to test them out. Our kids were with us and they were fine to also test out pillows. My husband and I each found different pillows that worked best for us. Paul went the extra mile to ensure prompt delivery. After a few days of sleeping on my new pillow, my neck pain disappeared. My husband also said his neck feels great with his pillow. I’m really happy with my experience at this Mattress Firm. Brandon took his time to give me important information about my purchase. He asked several questions to understand my sleep habits. He then took time to show me several different mattresses and bases to get a feel for how they felt and worked. I never felt pressured to rush my decision and he answered all of my questions. It was a great experience start to finish.
