Best purchase experience ever! We walked in the store feeling overwhelmed by choice and options but Kyle, the Sleep Expert, made us feel so comfortable we could have taken a nap in the store. This was truly a relaxing enjoyable experience and we look forward to even more relaxing when our new mattress and adjustable base arrive. AND, so pleasantly surprised we get our mattress in a matter of no time!

I am very impressed with the level of customer service that was provided by Sterling at the Denver location on 58th Ave. Sterling was very knowledgeable of all the products available for purchase! He was able to answer several questions without hesitation, he was very patient with my decision making process! I greatly appreciate the time he gave me to test out each mattress and was readily available for questions! I will recommend him and this location to my friends and family members!! I am looking forward to sleeping on the mattress I purchased.😊 The only one thing I would change is that I was sent to the Denver location by another store employee who spent less then 5 minutes with me and wrote a mattress name on a business card. As the customer I personally feel Sterling is more deserving of the sale credit as he was the one who explained everything to me! His time should be rewarded!!

Best experience ever! I went in knowing nothing about mattresses at all. Rachel was able to explain the differences in all of them and helped me find the PERFECT mattress. I was so blown away by her knowledge and expertise. 10/10 would recommend. I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to finding the best sleep.

We needed a simple bed rail for a twin mattress to accommodate family that only comes every few years. It took no longer than 15 minutes for the associate to give us exactly what we needed, order it and we had it in two days. That was great service and it is working perfectly.
