She's really knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us great tips on how to get the best night's sleep. The mattress she helped us pick is so comfy and cozy. Absolutely excellent service by Raul and his assistant Carolyn. Raul was very helpful had me try many different mattresses till I found the right combination for my needs. I was extremely satisfied. We had another great experience here. Carolyn was great she was attentive and listened to what we were looking for. There was no pressure and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable in the field . This is now the 3rd time we have shopped here in guilford in the last 3 years and have always walked away with a mattress and a great experience Keep up the good work and thank you We will be back and we will tell our family and friends .

Great customer service from the employees who work at the store, very nice and extremely knowledgeable and helpful but the delivery guys that are hired out are extremely sketchy! I paid for delivery and set-up, they tried scamming my daughter out of 200.00 (Cash only) to set up the bed!! They left without setting it up and claimed it wasn’t covered even though it was hand written in the work order that it was a set-up with the delivery. NOT GOOD! I immediately called the store told them what happened and they sent someone else out the next morning.

Third @MattressFirm product ive purchased. From store visit to delivery....this recent experience was excellent. Raul at store knows his products and has great customer service skills. The delivery went above expectations. Crew was on time, polite, worked together, neat inside and outside of my home, and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before signing out. I had a terrible experience with @SleepNumber Company before this. I would never recommend Sleep Number to anyone. So im glad Mattress Firm could turn my mattress purchase to a positive experience. Cant wait to use my NEW Mattress Firm mattress!
