John was our salesman & he was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. He was so helpful, informative & did not pressure us or rush us at all ( as some places do). He was personable, funny and easy to chat with. While our new bed wasn't in stock he was upfront about it & even compensated us for the inconvenience. Darrell was also helpful when we asked a different question and also super personable & funny. My husband & I currently have a sleep number bed that needed to be repaired and unfortunately customer service with Sleep Number is horrible at best and we have been left with a non functioning bed for a while now, so when we walked in to Mattress Firm & met John and his exceptional customer service he made us Mattress Firm customers for life!!! Thank you so much John & Darrell, I truly hope Mattress Firm recognizes great employees & does something to reward employees like yourselves!!!! Thanks Again!!!!!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Mattress Firm in Manchester. Tim was exceptional! He was very pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all and his knowledge of all the different mattresses was impressive. I purchased a mattress, tried it out for 2 months and found it really was not comfortable for me. Being that this is a big purchase and something you use every day I was so happy they have that 120 trial period, that actually was also a selling point for me. I went back to find something else and was so glad Tim was working that day. He was so pleasant about it and really wanted to help me find the right one. Well he did! I LOVE my new mattress. I can honestly say Tim is one of the best sales persons I have ever had to deal with. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience

Darrell is absolutely amazing! Darrell is wonderful! He’s so attentive and listened to my whole families wants and needs. He’s very informative and happy to help and explain the pros and cons of each mattress choice. Darrell went out of his way to make us happy and show everyone all options. We left buying three mattresses and feeling beyond happy!!! I couldn’t recommend him and Mattress firm enough

We had a very positive experience. Darrell was an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable. He didn't pressure or rush us. He answered all our questions. We took our time and shopped other stores for different brand beds and returned to Mattress Firm. We are surprised that we will have our bed in a few days not 4 to 6 weeks like the other places. Looking forward to our new bed and will rate that at a later date.
