I went in yesterday DREADING purchasing a mattress. It was a nice day out and I really didn't want to visit a mattress store. I walked in to a clean, cool store where Gerry G and Richard gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received (and I'm a super tough critic with very high expectations!)
