After researching box springs, I found the best deal and service, online or local, was at the local Mattress Firm. Their quality/price ratio was the best and the in-store and delivery staff were knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely buy here again. Brent at the West Hartford store is absolutely amazing and truly exceptional at customer service. I had some issues with one of my mattresses and he goes above and beyond to resolve the issue so much so, I bought another mattress from him today. Definitely go visit Brent as he is a very knowledgeable and nice person he’s not out to just make a buck.

My experience in the Mattress Firm store at Bishop’s Corner, West Hartford CT was professional and productive because of Mattress Firm’s Sleep Expert: Trip. He listened to my needs and addressed them in my priority not his. He did not rush to sell me a mattress. Initially, I had warranty concerns about my existing Mattress Firm mattress and he spent time walking me through the process to resolve my issue. It took me two weeks to successfully complete that process. With that behind me, I returned to the store and sought Trip to purchase a new mattress. His exceptional product knowledge, to include the pros and cons of each mattress and the different manufacturers, resulted in my selection. Because of his approach to sales, I left the store feeling confident I had made my selection and my decision, although his assistance was beneficial in leading me through the process. There was never pressure by him for me to do anything. I found him engaging, patient, never overbearing or attempting to sell me a specific mattress. I believe he would give any customer the consideration and outstanding support he gave me. I recommend this store and to ask specifically for Trip.

Brent did a fantastic job helping my fiancé and me pick out a new mattress. I like firm and my fiancé likes soft so we did not have high hopes of us both being comfortable. Brent found the perfect mattress that is firm but has a soft top layer. It was the quickest and easiest mattress shopping trip I've had!
