The customer service was excellent! I wanted a luxurious mattress, of course, but didn’t have a huge budget for it. Michael was great. He knows his product very well, he’s extremely personable, and smart. He helped me find a mattress that feels luxurious to me but didn’t break the bank! Jen was great too! Thank you both!

MICHAEL IS THE BEST. Me and my mom went there with barely any hopes of finding a bed. And plus it was almost closing time, it was like 7:40 and it closes at 8. But Michael the manger of the store made us feel so welcome. And I'm only 16 and I'm used to feeling like my opinion didn't matter. But he made sure that I was able to contribute to the opinions about my bed. He asked me lots of questions and he took my needs and wants into concern. Even though it was expensive, the mattress I got was one of those movable ones that sit up with the remote. I am so happy with my bed. And the best thing about is that I originally bought a Full bed. But since they had a delay in the delivery Michael was able to make it a Queen bed with no extra charges. I am SO happy with the way Mattress firm treated us.
