Will definitely be doing business here again. Chase Vouros made the entire process extremely easy and enjoyable. He explained, in great detail, all of the differences and options of mattresses and accessories. He took his time answering all our questions and never once made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. We were very pleased with the sales person Jason at the Delray Beach store on Atlantic Ave . He was very knowledgeable about the products, hospitable and he wasn’t pushy about us buying anything. I ordered a mattress thru another company. It arrived damaged. I had to return it cause of Mold. I called mattress firm and told them what happened and i needed a mattress asap as i had family coming to town. Anyways they went above and beyond and made it happy.
