I needed a mattress quick and thank god mattress firm had a twin that I liked in stock. Lisa was extremely helpful and I was able to bring home a mattress, box spring and frame that same day. I know usually you have to order a bed and i will go back in the future when I am ready to order a new bed for myself. The prices for very reasonable. I have used mattress firm over the last few years and I have never been disappointed.

Stopped by the Boca Airport rd location. They were the only matress store in the area that had a specific brand we were looking for. Tim the manager greeted us, and then transitioned us to Greg (the gentleman we spoke via phone earlier). Both gents were very polite and knowledgable. No pushy upsale tactics. We let Greg know our budget, and he showed us the specific brand we were looking for, as well as competitive offerings for other brands. He spent a lot of time with us, letting us try out different bedding. We kept going back and forth trying two brands for half an hour. In the end we found the matress we wanted. The showroom was fairly large, with good selection. Most importantly, clean and organized. Will definitely ping these guys again when it's time to replace/upgrade bedding. Many thanks.
