We thought we’d be in the mattress store with a long pitch about good beds and upgrades. I told him what I needed, tried a couple out and found the one I wanted. No hassle. The delivery guys were amazing. They kept in touch letting us know when they would arrive, and they took out the old mattress and brought in the new one fast. They were very probably there for less that 5 minutes. The we’re friendly and professional.

Get Back Under Rock

Joshua at Mattress Firm was amazing. Willingly followed my request to not describe mattresses at all to us and even removed identifiers so my husband wouldn’t be persuaded by a label. Was very hassle free and waited for us to say when to describe the two different types of brands and mattresses. Checked all the different ways we might be able to save and gave us a fair quote. This would be the second time we’ve purchased from Mattress Firm
