Thanks to Abby, our customer service experience was fantastic. Bought two mattresses, and after 3 months of use, we realized they weren't for us. Went to return them, but instead Mattress Firm worked with us to simply exchange them for the mattresses that were a better fit. We simply paid the difference in costs. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great experience! The salesperson, Clay, is excellent! I’m very thankful for my new mattress and the entire Mattress Firm experience. Josh was fantastic. Our old mattress was not working for us anymore, so my wife and I went in with our newborn to pick out a new one. Josh took his time, really explained the products and policies, and helped us come to the best decision for our family. He was patient when we had to take turns with the babe, including a blow out in the store. Please give this gentlemen major props and ask for him when you go in!
