This review is easy to write because everthing went so well! Mattress Firm Avenues provided a first-rate in-store buying experience and top-notch delivery. The two gentleman who delivered the mattress and foundation were very professional: neat in appearance, polite, very business-like, and took the time to answer all our questions. Moreover, they were very respectful of our home, which we greatly appreciated. Great buying experience all around. Highly recommended!

Love my new mattress Beautyrest Black. I bought a plush queen as well for my guest room and two sets of bamboo sheets and 4 carbon fiber pillows. I’m so grateful for mattress firm and being able to do business with them but I will say that the four pillows that I got absolutely sucked and they are not worth $99 a piece. I never thought I would pay so much for mattress, but that beauty rest black is out of this world. Kendrick and Joel are wonderful to work with. Make sure you get what you want and if you’re reading this post, don’t think twice about the beauty rest black just buy it!

This was the best mattress shopping experience yet. Joel was personable, knowledgeable and respectful of our wants and needs. He was NOT the typical "pushy" salesman trying to force a product on us. He showed us several options, encouraged us to take a test lay on them and then moved on to the purchase when we decided on the mattress of our choice. He was also more than flexible with the delivery date, offering as quickly as the next day. I also want to note that Joel is extremely responsive. I had to call the store a couple times to ask to adjust delivery and ask about the warranty. Joel called me right back and answered all of my questions. This purchase was an upgrade of our previous plush mattress to a Sealy Firm High Point to help provide better support for my husband's back. We have only had it for a week but he already says he is not waking up with back pain. We saw the high ratings for this store. They have been validated. You will not regret purchasing a mattress from this location/store.

Have been shopping for a bed for a few weeks. I tried 7 or 8 different stores. I finally pulled the trigger, and bought one after visiting Mattress Firm Avenues. I don't like pushy salesmen, and Peter, my salesman, was not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable, informative, let me browse at my pace. He answered all my questions and explained all the Memorial Day sales. Very happy with the entire experience.
