Come see Kristen. She is awesome. I went looking for a mattress for my little one and this store had amazing reviews. It was close to home so I decided to check it out. They have a large selection and Kristen even tried to check for other clearance mattresses at other stores. With Kristen's help we settle on a mattress that was at the top end of our budget but she was able to show us why it is worth it. This mattress will most likely last longer and hold up better over the course of time. I greatly appreciate Kristen's help. She is a sweetie who recently moved her from Tennessee. Go see her!!!

We worked with Kristin at this Mattress Firm location and were very happy with her expertise, suggestions, and patience as we waffled back and forth for a couple of hours. She never pressured us in one way or another and just provided input when asked - very nice not to have a high-pressure sales person for a large purchase. Furthermore, I wanted to highlight the teamwork that the other employees demonstrated while we were there (total of 3); they worked with each other to answer questions that the they weren't sure on, used teamwork to look for stock at other locations, and all-in-all, just worked hard to make sure we got the best mattress & frame set that we could for our money. Very pleased and highly-recommend working with this Mattress Firm team.

The staff at this store was great, specifically Kristen. We went in to purchase a bed for my Dad to move to assisted living. Kristen was very helpful to show us all the mattress options and informed us of the option for a special bed frame that would help my Dad getting in and out of the bed. In addition, she was helpful in getting us a nice discount on our purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing a mattress from this store.

Mandarin area in Jacksonville FL. Kristen, Joel and Kendrick were all wonderful! Since we went in several times to test the different brands to narrow down what we wanted, each spent quality time we needed to make a definitive selection. On one of the 3 trips, we took one of our own fitted sheets (highly recommend to bring with you to lessen your trips 😀) to ensure that they will fit. Each of them were very thorough about each of the mattresses we were looking at and answered all of our questions that we had. Highly recommend Mattress Firm. There were NO pressuring tactics to buy which is always a turn off for me when trying to buy something of importance. Thank you all, much appreciated!

Kristen was an amazing sales person but also gave us very sound advice and information. She was honest with us and didn’t pressure us. She was very friendly and made the experience fun. We had tried 3 other mattress places and she was able to give us the best deal out of all of them. I would recommend going and seeing her for a new mattress.
