My husband and I walked in just to look. We are just visiting from Orlando and I suffer from chronic back and neck pain, so we are looking for a better mattress. Ours is long over due for a change, but we been prolonging the inevitable. Well walking in to this store on commercial Blvd, was one of the most welcoming experience. The salesman Carlos was already attending to a family. But he still didn't hesitate to acknowledge our presence and greet us. Informing that he will be right with us. We didn't mind, as that gave us time for all the touch and feels of some mattresses. When he attended to us he was very very informative as in what would go best for my pain and comfort, and according to if Im a back or side sleeper. I for the first time left knowing EXACTLY what I wanted. I did not purchase YET at this time, only cause I am not from here, and do not know when I will be returning back home. BUT I took pictures of the bed I want and the info, So when I go back I will be reaching out to Carlos personally to put the order in for me. It is cause of him, I finally know what I want, and am looking forward to the relief from being on a proper mattress. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable friendly patient non pushy worker who helped this very undesisive person finally make a choice. 🙂
