I had a wonderful time at mattress firm! This store has a very welcoming atmosphere. Marcus helped me so much with picking out a new bed, a frame, and he explained the different variations of their beds available. He made sure to find the best deals that were available to us. The other staff members (i.e., Orlando) were also very friendly and accommodating. Marcus and the others really lifted my spirits, especially after I had a horrible incident with a previous bed. I had a lovely time and Marcus made the process so effortless and quick. Truly, anyone who comes to this store would have the same friendly experience I did. 😁❤

The sales person,Karina, was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products and never pushy. It was a pleasant experience. Less than one year ago i took my dad to buy his mattress here.. now i took my mom and once again we made the purchase. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm store on Kendall Drive and 128 Ave. Nice staff...very patientand very helpful..never pushy.
