Fantastic! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. The associate (Moe) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different beds and was able to provide multiple options for me to try out. He also provided me with information about the beds that I wasn’t aware of before. I definitely recommend going to this Mattress Firm and ask for Moe. He will help you definitely make sure you find the bed that will help you sleep soundly!

I had the best experience today shopping for my new mattress. Moses was really helpful. He helped me to choose the perfect mattress for myself. He was so patient and super calm throughout the hole Interaction, even though I came with my 2 little demons. Great attitude, he was smiling the hole time, I would recommend anyone to go see Moses, he is the very best!

Great experience shopping at this store!!!! I was greeted by Moses, explained what I was looking for and everything flowed from there. Moses educated me on the aspects of different mattresses so that I would feel confident with my purchase. I went to a different store earlier in the day by mistake ( mixed up the address), average experience. I did not want to go to anymore. My Dad suggested giving it another try, at the store I intended on going to, he said he had a feeling about it. I’m so happy I listened to Dad! Lol I will only shop at and recommend this store, by far the best for a new mattress!!!!!! Thank you Moses!

It was fairly easy process. The worker was very patience with me as he switch the sample mattresses back and forth, multiple times, to ensure I was confident with my choice of mattress. He even help me find the mattress I saw online, in store to let me try out, which was the mattress I ended up going with in the end. And gave me the option to pick up mattress from store to avoid the $99 delivery fee. Will order again if I ever need another mattress
