Service was a 10/10 from Francisco! I am sad he was not there when I purchased the mattress since his customer service was amazing, and he was extremely helpful with the process. I was a little frustrated that when purchasing the mattress the lady offered a mattress cover but never asked me about the adjustable base. After purchasing I thought it would just come with it, but I had to go back inside and ask about the base itself. When doing so she said I was the one who was supposed to ask about it even though the bundle on the mattress stated it came with. But overall, I really enjoyed working with Francisco and I will be going back to him for future purchases!
