She not only told me about the comfort of various mattresses, but explained the medical benefits of them. I had a very pleasant experience during the Labor Day sale with Patrick. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable and, unlike other retailer sales people, did not pressure me into higher priced alternatives to what I wanted. The particular mattress I wanted was not on the floor but with Fred's assistance, Patrick retrieved one from the back and set it up so my wife and I could try it out. Patrick showed and demonstrated for us two different models of adjustable bases and described the differences between the two. I got pre-approved for the no interest financing before entering the store to finalize my purchase so that procedure went smoothly as well. I would highly recommend seeing Patrick and/or Fred at this Mattress Firm!

My husband and I arrived at the store, knowing very little about mattresses; however, Esther provided us with a significant amount of information that helped us select a mattress that sounds perfect for our very different sleep habits.
