Cecilia was amazing. We literally gave her budget, body needs, what we thought we wanted ( she gave us soooo many options to decide ourselves) and when we chose our mattress a part of the order was back ordered but she did her best to meet our needs with that too!! She helped my m.i.l as well and she had all goods things to say about Cecilia as well. Thank you for making this experience simple and enjoyable! You are a gem!!

Nice and clean. The girl that was there was super helpful and knowledgeable. She said she had only been there for 5 days! Could of fooled me cause she was very professional and helpful!! 10/10 recommend this location. She helped us find our perfect bed on our budget!

David, at the North Point location did an outstanding job in helping us find a mattress suitable for our present needs , AND going the extra distance to get the bed and adjustable bed base delivered on a timely basis! We received multiple follow up calls from him, and probably drove him crazy when we changed our order completely to get a king/ double twin adjustable bed. Even more, the two gentlemen who delivered our bed and set it up (?Kai and Mowambe?) we’re extremely professional, kind, and instructive. We will certainly encourage others to purchase a new mattress there!
