After too many years to name we decided to finally upgrade our master bedroom mattress. We went to Mattress Firm because we heard they had a wide array of options. Who knew how much the technology changed! Chris met us at the door and it became immediately clear he knew his stuff! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Needless to say we walked out of there with a new mattress. We cannot wait for it to arrive! Excellent overall experience.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a business as wonderful as Mattress Firm. Great stores, sensational selection, and knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient sales reps. I bought a mattress days ago, and realized almost immediately after delivery that it wasn’t firm enough. Mattress Firm emphasizes that they’ll replace any mattress that a customer isn’t happy with, and yet I was surprised when they offered to do precisely that. Even the most demanding customer on earth couldn’t ask for more— Mattress Firm should stand as an example to every business in America of how to create and run a company, and how to please customers to the point that they’ll never set foot in a competitor’s store ever again. Do yourself a favor: never buy a mattress anywhere but at Mattress Firm!!!!!!

Every employee that I had to have an interaction with treated me with respect, professionalism and care! Everyone was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. This is the only store I will ever visit going forward and the only location I’ll recommend to family and friends. Many thanks to Jasmine, Chris, Tyler, Sam and Trent! My delivery date didn’t go as planned, however, they were able to make all well in the end! Many thanks to everyone involved with our purchase! I having been searching for a pillow to replace a beloved rubber foam pillow with no luck. When I told Chris my dilemma, he immediately knew what type of pillow I was seeking and let me test his recommendation, which was the Coconut Bliss pillow. It is exactly what I was looking for but was just visiting from Kansas and had no way to fly with it. Chris said they could FedEx my purchase free of charge, so I bought a second pillow for my daughter who has struggled finding a comfortable pillow. Best shopping experience ever.
