Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful in helping us make the right decision on purchasing two twin mattresses for our grandkids. She knew our time frame and made the delivery happen within the necessary time. This is the 3rd purchase I have made with Mattress Firm. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to purchase mattresses for our home.

Hi I’m Carolyn and I appreciate the staff in the form of Richard who was at the Cartersville GA store. I called right before this location closed . It was about 5 min before closing. He promised he would call me first thing the next day and he did. This worked for my schedule. From start to finish the service was impeccable. The day of delivery was a 10. The delivery guys came in with shoes covers and completed the delivery with superb service. I was a happy camper. Thanks again Mattress Firm from beginning to end.

Walked in and met Jennifer, the sales lady. I told her my exact needs and she met them without hesitation . She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about their products. Thank you for helping me purchase a mattress box set for the nastiest teenage boy room ever. At least he'll sleep comfortably. Now if y'all could only help with his laundry...

We purchased a mattress from a different place and have slept terribly since. Went to Cartersville Mattress Firm on Christmas Eve and Jennifer was amazing. She listened to our concerns and found the perfect mattress for us. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She was was easy to talk to and overall outstanding.
