Michael was very knowledgeable and worked with our budget and our preferences. I didn’t give 5 because I haven’t experienced the delivery end. As far as the in store experience I’m pleased. 11.29.22 - I now give 5 stars. The delivery was smooth. The system for alerting us to the time of delivery was accurate. The delivery workers were polite and helpful, everything was correct with our order. We are loving our new mattress!
