Jason is truly a sleep expert! From the moment my wife and I walked in there it wasn’t anything but NO PRESSURE! He was very knowledgeable about what he was explaining about different beds and even gave his professional opinion on sleep positions, body mechanics and why. He did not pressure us to buy and explained everything to the T with us. Super patient and made us feel important. He’s the real MVP and you can tell and feel that he does his job well. Mahalo much to Jason! Such a great buying experience. Bed was delivered on time, the very next day, the techs took all the old stuff away. Seamless as he explained. All of the notifications that came they regarding delivery and set up was quick and seamless. Delivery men was on it!!!!! Came exactly when they said they would. We have already recommended this place and Jason and his team for sleep needs. We are happy customers!!

We came in to compare prices between Mattress Firm and a local competitor. We found comparable prices but also we were shown items much closer to our budget! We look forward to purchasing. Chuck. was very personable and did a great job helping us find a mattress that is very comfortable for both my wife and I. Additionally the delivery guys were on time and friendly. I'm so glad they lugged our old mattress away and installed the new one instead of me.

I happily recommend Mattress Firm if you're purchasing a bed on Maui. We dealt with Chuck, Jason and Diedrich (sorry for what I'm certain is a misspelling). All three were helpful and knowledgeable. Our delivery people, Jason and Matthew?, were great as well. We did have two hiccups in the process. First, we didn't receive a call the day before our new mattress was scheduled to be delivered to lock in the two-hour delivery window. I called and spoke with Diedrich who promptly got in touch with the warehouse/delivery manager and straightened everything out. Second, we're still waiting for a refund on the adjustable frame that we decided against after purchase. Chuck assured us that the refund will show up, it just takes a few weeks for Mattress Firm to process it.
