Superlative service. I had excellent service the first time I bought here. The second time I ordered online to take advantage of a Black Friday online only deal. The day before delivery, I got a message that the item was back-ordered for a month, so my college son had nowhere to sleep for Christmas. What a mess! Thank God for Max from the Forest Park store, who worked out an exchange for a comparable mattress that could be delivered within a couple of days. He went above and beyond. I am forever grateful.
