We had a great experience today with Luis R who patiently helped us through the process of picking our mattress and bed frame. He really was exceptionally knowledgeable and made a big difference in our decision. The store offers the product, but he helped us understand them, which is where the value still holds for retail brick and mortar shops! I would be glad to recommend Luis to anyone who needs help deciding on a mattress.

I just purchased a mattress here today from the sales manager named Ivory and I have to say that it was one of the most pleasant and thorough experiences I've ever had! He was incredible with his knowledge of the products and he was very good about not being pushy. If anybody has to go mattress shopping in this area I would highly recommend going to this store and asking for Ivory!!
